So we went to catch a movie: 2oth Century Boys

I always read review before watching a movie
(cus movies nowadays very expensive)
Now I know, die die read review before watching a movie!!

It was given 3 out of 5 stars, I will give them 1star out of generousity!
Here's one review that was helpful:-

What I loved most: 2 hr and 30 mins of gruesome torturous experience

What I really hated: When i overheard someone saying this is not bad.

What's going on, seems like people are enjoying this show from the reviews here. I can guarantee that people who gave 1-2 stars for this movies are the ones giving helpful reviews. If u trust the others, go have a look and your own risks. Well, since it's based off a manga, i suppose it has its own fans. However, for me and my 5 friends who went to have a look at this film yesterday. It was nothing but a crap that denied us of 2 and a half nice hours of our life. The main villain can float and wears a condom like ragbag over his head and shakes his head vigorously whenever he has a close-up shot. Is it a sci-fi film? Horror? Comedy? Action? Nope. Its on a whole new tier of its own- Junk. As a jap manga film, the storyline is so ambiguous that it is laughable. super powered protagonists that can dodge bullets(wtf?) villain that floats and wants to play all the time(lol?) Ending with an astronomical outburst of explosion guaranteed to destroy the whole planet, if not, the whole japan but in the end destroyed nothing. Part 2 is coming out but i'm gonna donate that $10 to a busker as a much better cause. Sorry to all who seems to like this show(like WTF?!) 5 x all time worst is the 1st i've really given to a film. Junk calibre.

Saturday met up with sec sch buds after the camp (damn shag!) for dinner at Fish Mahantan which we waited for like 1h 30mins, luckily I wasnt early lah, or else I fell asleep waiting..

Celebration was for JM's belated bday, also Swee Ann & MAg's 20th Bday!
