Taiwan Celebrities Criticise Singaporean English

SUPER ANGRY
I saw the complains on the newspaper but didnt care abt it until Junming`ge told me to look at it, and I'm SUPER PISSED. I know MOST of the Singaporean like myself doesnt speaks perfect english but to criticise by Taiwanese who MOST of themselves doesnt speak english makes me hard to believe they actually dare to comment on our's. In general, Singaporeans are known to be friendly especially to celebrities. So its irritating to see them backstab us like so suddenly.

Lets assume they really did hear it from Singaporeans:

"Thanks" sounds like "Dance"
I dont even think me or any of my friends or anyone I know, have this problem. Its either that stupid bald head guy-not even famous, heard it wrong or its just one black sheep. How can he assume just like that!

"Sorry" becomes "Sorrriiieeee"
I believe because the person was asking him to repeat what he had just said, so its like "Sorry?". HE DONT GET IT! STUPID BALD HEAD!

"Tissue Paper"
Same as case of "Sorry"

"Pregnant"
I think that stupid/claim-to-be english teacher heard it wrong and she just pronounced what we'll pronouce except in a more formal teaching way and not so conversational way thats all. Make it sounds like we're super dumb. DAMN!

"Hurry Up"
SO RIDICULOUS!

"Uncle/Auntie"
This is a way we call that we think its more comfortable thats all.
I dont find it wrong at all.

Its so fustrating. We already acknowledge that most Singaporeans do not speaks perfect English but Singlish. Yet people from english-sucking country still bombarded us with their ridiculous claims making us looks really bad. So mad because those that commented dont even have the slightest position. My primary 1 students might know more English words than them!

Sinaporeans are not dumb!
You guys* are the dumb ones!

*Those that criticise
