One year has passed & soon stepping down as the Vice-President of BE.Memory flows from when I just stepped in to Singapore Polytechnic.... I walked with a group of strangers into rooms & more rooms and all they talked abt is how good were their camps. THEN,I realised its a trap, I wanna escaped but cant! SPSU "security guards" all over the place, ensuring every1 of us will go through EVERY rooms! In the end, was quite interested in SPSU camp but only in e waiting list. Wanted to go Sports camp but that year, the seniors lyk show a don't care attitude so I forget abt it. Finally my own school accepted me! I was on the waiting list too but fortunately they called me! If not, I wont be who I am today, haa. I've enjoyed & scare myself till death in the FOC BE camp! Of course, precious friendships were made. After that were the interview & selection of the main comm which I didnt attend. So didnt be the main comm for yr1. I joined the Freshmen Orientation Training which from there the seniors will pick the main comm for the Freshmen Orientation Camp for the next batch of Yr1s. I went through HELL in there, and I'm lucky to be chosen as the Vice Camp-Chief of FOC. After the arduous time for the preparation and bringing the camp to life, I went through the interview for the club's main comm, I'm selected to be the VP of BE. In the beginning I refused, but after much talkings with the seniors, I took up the job with the support of TAY JUN MING. My event was 'AGM' Annual General Meeting, and it was damn successful, I'm sooo greatful to my juniors who show me face & turned up for the event. I'm so proud of myself for that! haaa. After that Jaga some small events and I became a main comm of ICE camp which is a joint camp with the other clubs in SP. 1st time working with complete strangers at the beginning but this is what club people is capable of : INTERACTION, SOCIALISING! As a VP, I got to go Leadership Training Camp (LTC) with Bel & Farhan, my president. 3D2N Redang & Star Virgo! OMG...I seriously swear that I wont forget the times there. I thanks for the apportunity. Finally organised FOT (training camp) as Messing(in-charge of food), and from there picked our juniors for preparation of the following FOC. Now that FOC just passed, its finally for me to step down and passed on the tittle to somebody worthy of it. Its been a long ride. I've seriously gained alot of experiences in alot of areas such as sociablilty, organising event, etc. No words can describe how much BE has bring me. That period might be tough handling club problems but surely, there are damn lots of good things too. One must learn in order to grow, and going through so many things BE has brought me, I'm a changed person as I am 2years back~ I also wanna extend my apologise to Mr. Tay Junming. I promised him that I will have time for him when I accepted the post as a VP. In the end, club is so busy esp when we've events at several occasion that I got to... .... Anyway 'you gonna do what you gonna do'. Even this coming thursday which is our anniversary I also cant make it cus I've main comm interview. I'm sorry but it'll be last time since I'm stepping down then stick to u like glue ok? haa... Still, thanks so much for being there for me when I felt upset on some occasion. Wow..Lastly, Thanks for ALL BE Main Comm 06/07. Auntie Gang stepping down but we'll still be around!
